PRICES AND BOOKING
The apartment is generally rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure time: not later than 10 a.m. Shorter stays may be accepted at a daily rate.
Price per week: Euro 1130,00
This rate includes:
. Added value tax (IVA)
. Weekly and final cleaning
. Weekly change of linen
. Twice a week change of towels
. Heating, electricity, water, gas
. Internet ADSL Connection
. Fire wood for the Swedish stove
. Natural bio-pond
Not included: optional air-conditioning: Euro 15,00 per day

On confirmation of the booking a down payment equal to 50 % of the total cost will be requested through bank transfer, the remaining amount is to be paid directly on arrival. No credit cards. In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date the down payment will be refunded.
